Snow, Snow, and More Snow!
Like many places in the U.S. we've gotten a lot of snow in the past week. A LOT more than usual. I think we've gotten about 20 inches total since last Tuesday night. We've had a lot of fun playing in the snow. When we get all bundled up and go out to play, we're out for an hour or two. It's looking like we'll even have a white Christmas! I'll be sad when it's all gone, except for the fact that we'll be able to get places easily and safely. The problem with a lot of snow is that they have a harder time keeping the roads clear since a lot of snow is not something that is planned for. The street we live on has not been plowed, nor will it be. Only the main streets in Monroe have been plowed and the state highways. So, needless to say, we have only left the house a couple times since it all started. Here are some photos from the last few days.

This is our neighbor pulling three sled behind his ATV - Ben and Josh in the first sled, and Jessie is in the third sled. Don't worry, he didn't pull them very fast!
This was when we had about 11-12 inches. We've gotten a lot more since then, but it was up to Abby's knees.
Looking down our street.
Abby at the park, eating the snow off the steering wheel. Crazy girl!

Ben with Josh on top of him, riding a $1 tube we bought this summer. It worked great and the kids had tons of fun. We also made another sled out of a flatten diaper box wrapped with a big garbage sack and we also have a regular sled. We couldn't decide which one was the fastest!

Abby riding one of the tubes. She eventually realized that it was much more fun to ride on her tummy, no matter which sled she was in.
